Shaking Hands, Shaking Heart
Just another poem.

shaking hands
shaking heart
so this is what it feels like
when it all falls apart
sweaty palms
and nervous knees
bang together
while I stutter my pleas
starring into that ungodly face
I wonder how I got to this place
it wasn't always this way
it was never this cold before

you were never this cold before.
