Autumn
Autumn and love(?)

Autumn is the transition bewteen summer and winter. It is a time ( I was told) when, the air turns cold to kill off diseases that came about as a result of hot summer temperatures . The air is supposed to be filled with dreadful diseases and the only way to get rid of them is for the cold to kill them off. That's good to know! Autumn is also a time when crops are harvested, and farmers hope that they harvest at the right time in order to avoid any loss. You know, like if they harvest too early their crops might not be ripe enough and if they harvest too late, their crops might be damaged. During this period, farmers are really gambling: they must make a serious decision as to when to pick their crops.

That's the way I feel about you my love. Do I do this or do I do that? Do I do it now or wait until later? With you I never know because when I think that the harvest is ripe, I find that I've picked an unripened piece of fruit: our chemistry doesn't mix or it's unbalanced and when I think that I've let it ripen to a point of perfection, I find that it has been overripen or damaged then I must incur loss to one of your peers or someone else in the form of your time and attention or find that you want to play games with me.
