Late one Halloween night,
A certain little boy was a particular fright.

He had gotten dressed up,
Just like other children.
But what was different about Winthrop,
Was what he had hidden.

But at the next house,
His secret he could not keep.
For there was too much talking,
And not enough "trick-or-treat."

"Well, little Winthrop,"
The man did declare.
"That fake bloody axe,
Sure gave me a scare!"

And in his reply,
Little Winthrop did cry...

"Fake?"
