Face in the mirror.
What if you could never see yourself again? An acrostic poem.

FACE IN THE MIRROR

Forever. That's how long I'll live,
As long as I have mortals on whom to feed,
Could you at least try not to destroy yourselves?
Eternity without you would be unlikely, not to mention dull.

I have no regrets, well maybe just one,
Nothing worth dying over; at least not yet.

Though you consider me evil and cruel
Have you considered what you would do if offered
Eternal youth for so small a price?

Millions die so you can live; why should I not be the same?
I drink your blood yes, but you eat flesh and
Rejoice in the hunt, killing for sport,
Random violence so commonplace;
Only us Vampires seem to kill only for food. Oh, my one
Regret? My long lost face in the mirror.
