Color of deception,
want of despair, grief stricken heart laden, I knock on your door. Heartache wanting, a cry for love, lusting for your touch searching for a sign standing in your doorway broken heart lying on the ground. Tears pouring down tell me you don’t want me tell me you don’t need me. Color of deception creeps across your face: fever written in your brow, want etched in your face, need echoed in your voice heartache crying out to you. One foot inside your door, soft touch sends sparks flying you try to disguise, but the color of your deception is clear as water, clear as the heartache I see in your face. All the lies and disguises- fears covering the aches all colors of deception written on your face.
