Hot water pours in, Aroma of nuts and smoke, The sweet sound of peace. Gen Mai Cha is one of my favorite kinds of tea. It is a mixture of green tea, smoke rice, and flavoring. Haiku should be scenes from nature, so the image of pour hot water into tea leaves kind of misses the mark, but I liked this, so I posted it anyway. -- Eric Fretheim 10/20/2006
