You are the last drink I should have drunk,
The body hidden in the trunk, The habit I could never kick, A secret that still makes me weak. The reason I need to hide my face As my introduction to HATE.... ... And Love... And as you fall: As you crash into the sea below; As the you feel the coolness crushing you; Just remember that I'm here too. Remember that song we used to sing, Walking our dark flight down, unseen In blind and deafening silence we Who tread through life so silently. I hated your presence and you hated mine, Trying to believe... to each their own lies. And as you fall, As you crash into the sea below, As you feel the coolness crushing you: Just remember I'm here too. Integrity, Solemnity, our own Mortality; Slicing through our carcoaled wings Trapping you in the dark with me. Feet tapping quietly on the blood stained ground... You needed my presence and I needed yours, As we crept through lifes shadowy doors.
