My Lives
Life seems to be seperated into chunks, as if different "lives" within one.

I’ve fallen from Their eyes
                             ...again.
This spiraling descent I’ve traveled before.
The time has come for me to begin anew;
resurrections repeated, bound in one body.
The past has tutored and lessons are learned.
No mistakes are made twice
                             with plenty to do.
I’ve strayed too far from my destined course
so my presence is erased;
                             no regrets have been made.
I take the steps I’ve never traveled before.
No bread crumbs are needed; my journey one-way.
I lust for life knowing I won’t survive it.
I live for the days I will never have back.
