It bolted along her side eliciting fear, terror. Chasing. Gaining. Behind an Oak, refuge was sought to no avail. Ms. Marybelle Yarns ran in panic. Gnarled vines grasped wildly. Thorns nipped, piercing exposed skin. Still, our girl fled certain doom. Yes!
Ducking beneath tangled webs of bushy castoff limbs, she hid, perfectly motionless. Silently waiting. Listening . . . nothing. While scanning for opportunity, fortune smiled. The scared little kitten bounded across fresh green blades dancing under summer's golden rays. Finally . . . safe.
Huh? What is that? . . . Shadow Cat! You will never catch me! Four snow white paws blazed through grass, again searching freedom.
