JUST GIVE ME SOME TIME.
I look at your photograph every day The words I am thinking, I don't have to say out loud, 'cause you know what's deep in my heart The pain and the sorrow since we've been apart. I'm feeling so lost, don't know what to do, Nothing I did was ever done without you. How can I move forward and face things alone I don't feel so brave stepping out on my own. The family supports me all that they can Whatever they do, they include me in their plan Making me face a world that is real, But I do not fit in, like a third or fifth wheel. Don't worry, I'm happy being here by myself, I don't really think it's "sitting home on the shelf" There are so many memories of our life to recall It will take quite a while to remember them all. And until I am ready to rejoin the throng of family and friends I've shut out for so long I'll write down my day dreams and put them in rhyme. I'll get out again soon, please, just give me some time.
