World's Greatest Cookies
by Marilyn Mackenzie If these aren't the world's greatest cookies, they are certainly the world's easiest ones to bake. This recipe uses pre-made refrigerated cookie dough. Yes, pre-made cookie dough can cost more than making your own, and most folks know I like being frugal. Sometimes, being frugal means saving time. Your time is valuable! World's Greatest (or easiest) Cookies Spray mini-muffin pan with vegetable spray. Put a small lump of sugar cookie dough in each part of the muffin tray. Bake as directed on the package. Halfway through baking, press a Hershey's kiss (or better still one with an almond in the center!) into the cookie and continue baking. Now, wasn't that simple? I know you'll love these, the world's greatest and easiest cookies.
