ONE LESS STAR TWINKLING
One less star twinkled when I lost you

This item requires reviews with ratings.
One less star twinkling when you passed away.
Never will I forget that devastating day.
Precious memories the only thing left to me,
when you were swept from my life eternally.

Stepped outside, the raindrops sprinkling,
to instantly note one less star twinkling.
I shivered as the dampness chilled me to the bone.
The dark skies cleared, and I knew I was not alone.

Inner strength felt as the sun peeked overhead,
to restore the faith that I had thought dead.
One less star twinkling, but the others still burn bright,
for I know you’re in God’s hands and He’s holding you tight.
