A little boy with almond eyes
Did stare at me, his spirits high. I smiled at him, oh, I could cry, In a toothless grin he answered by. He speaks in a language so strange Yet I wish it would never change. I would stop the world from going round, Contented I would be, trapped in his charm. A certain ache in my heart I felt, My boy, I know, time would wilt, But the toothless grin, the melodious laugh, Will forever be kept in my mind with love.
