Published in an issue of Jellybean Junction. A little spider went outside one day Saw a butterfly and asked her to play She said, "No way-- Just go away!" The little spider travelled just a little more Saw a ladybug on a kitchen door Asked, "Do you want to play?" She said, "No way!" The little spider's sad and doesn't know what to do Wished he had--a friend or two Who'd come out to play Without saying, "Go away!" The spider walked along 'til he saw a fly Took one look and began to cry Didn't ask him to play-- The spider just went away. "Hey little spider where you going from here? Can I come too, we'll go over there And we'll play Have fun the whole day!" The little spider couldn't believe his ears The fly was willing to forget his fears And go out and play-- With the spider everyday.
