This World
Is there a point to this life we lead The rich off the poor is the way we feed People we don't know, making decisions for us They say what we need is our children to bus Our schools are just fine, no need for a craze Tighten our belts, make room for their raise Public or private, is it really our choice Our question should be is it really our voice For the poor and elderly, their aid we will cut It is surely their fault, they fell into this rut This planet we've destroyed, in our quest to feed Billions for space is now what we need We seek power and wealth, no matter the cost The true meaning of life we have certainly lost
