Heart Break

Conservatively titled the one human emotion that is above all other emotions. Heart Break! We have all gone thru this at one time or another in our lives. What makes it even more difficult is when it happens to you and it is beyond your control. The sadness that overtakes you is almost impossible to cope with. I have been thru many heart breaks in my life. The most recent has been the most difficult to live with. In life, we are generally faced with at least one heart break and that can range from loosing a loved one to loosing your job. When faced with the reality that you will never again be the same because you have lost someone, it then becomes the most tragic of times. Friends, loved ones, family all try to help, but deep inside you know that nothing can ever take the pain away. Time is the healer of all pain. In time, the hurt that we feel due to the loss will slowly go away. You will never forget, but you will at least survive and the pain will not be so great. Always remember that the morning brings new adventures to your life, never live in the past but always look towards the future, a future that can bring new life and happiness to you. Loss is hard, but it is necessary for us to grow. Without loss, we could never really appreciate the true meaning of what love is.
