Mirror

Fascination
to know,
to seek,
to glimpse,
to unravel,
to find,
to reveal
the mystery
behind those
laughing eyes,
that innocent smile,
those welcoming gestures,
the speaking Silence.
Those veiled eyes
attracting me,
the serene expression
that misguides,
those pressed lips
unuttering
the cries of the storm
Inside.
But those
laughing eyes,
so deep,
the laughter
brings out
the sadness
Beneath.
