Things were pretty good
You sat while I stood Your empty cup I'd fill But you would steal mine still. I put up with it a while. Because from you I'd get a smile You lied and weasled around But still I made no sound I wispered and still you'd shout And you'd say there was nothing to talk about Your topics were always your ex Or anything that was related to sex I finally cleared my mind Leaving you a fairly long distance behind. I regret ever asking your name Seeing your face, playing your game.
