I fight he listens we make love and glisten We talk for hours as my ears scour every word its absurd every phrase turns a page to my past hope it lasts time will tell once I know him well Yet I insist I persist Determination hurts look how pretty it burns I miss him my patience runs thin too cruel to be kind too late to rewind this is my time good thing he's all mine Angela
