With the TRILIFT system and manufactures we wants to assure the high standards of quality products.
Our record shows that you have perchance part # on invoice # and dates for your customer.

For safety reasons we are asking from you to replace those parts with our new supply part and send us the old one with the recall tag bellow.
The reason we do so that we found out if the battery as not secure and the bounce inside the scooter that can relies the arm liver that release the rear end of the scoter and can cause the rear end drop to ground.
Our re-engineered bracket has been built to avoid this kind of problem
Please do this in 15 days, if not this is the owner responsibility and TRILIFT is removed from further responsibility.
