Suffering

The crying heart,
The aching limbs,
My head stopped hurting,
But still,
Nothing seems clear.
No where to go,
No place to stay.
No mother
To take care of me.
No father
To come and protect me.
No one to tell me,
“It’s going to be all right.”
What happened?
What went wrong?
No warning,
It just came,
And went by.
A quick jolt,
That turned everything upside down.
It shook the earth,
It shook our souls,
It turned my village,
Into a hell hole.
What to do now,
When everyone’s gone?
What to do now,
When no one’s there...
