Silence beckons,
A hindrance? A suggestion, Fall prey to the shattering sound of silence, A contradiction of contradictions: -Silence- It awakens, restores, rewards, reveals, Silence is not for the wavering, Though it’s healing qualities may be found, Profound, Can you bare the sound? Most cannot, It’s deafening tones drive mad men sane, And painful pleasures are unbearable, It creeps up like an unsuspecting shadow, Devouring its prey, A prisoner, a victim, Lost in the sound of Silence
