When We Were Five I loved you once when we were young; but, young is gone and so are we. Faded photo on the table we were happy just you and me. On the front steps sitting pretty. “Say cheese”, says Mom, “There, lets see.” Both five we were, and full of dreams. Life was simple, away back then. I miss you now, and dreams we had; but dreams are gone, and so are we.
