Joan
A fun and loving description of my mother-in-law.

Sitting in her rocker with a golden glow,
enjoying coffee and her favorite morning show.
English muffin with butter and jelly,
unimaginable life without Regis and Kelly.

The Price is Right is on at ten
touch that dial, we'll never see you again.
She can be sweet as pie
but like I said, you just might die.

Good deeds done all day
never expecting you to repay.
Love and kindness pour from her heart.
You better listen 'cause she's pretty smart.

Good decisions she'll help you make.
She'll never pretend or be fake.
Before you no one else above
because she shows unconditional love.

She is Mom.
