Observations while traveling.

A sidewinding road
careens through snow-topped pines
specks of white
slide off weighted evergreen branches

Silver points of light
flash atop languid waves
a voluminous lake
dims under a fading magenta sky

Dusk drops abrupt
covering a full days end
shifting eyes
scan a wide earth declining
