With secretive adoration,
The knight rejects the queen’s temptation, Though her saintly ritual of superior normalcy, Intoxicates the willing into noble fallacy. No mere mortal dares commit the crime, That guarantees tarnish the scene sublime, For once her white is tarnished red, The king will seek the victor’s head.
