Rain Tears
The pain...

They fall as rain drops from your eyes
As blue as the unborn sky
They accrue before me
Gathering silently

I watch them fall one by one
They gather up before the sun
Has a chance to shine
I know the fault is all mine

But I love it when you cry
When you hold me tight
I’m not sorry that you do
I thought you knew

You couldn’t trust me
For I am blood running free
I live for the rain
From you I gain

I hope you know
That I love watching you cry so
I can’t help watch your tears collect
What did you expect?

I do love it when you cry
When you hold me tight
I’m not sorry that you do
I thought you knew…
