Dear Cousin, where are you now
I have so much to share But not sure to express how Coming into my life Has been such a blessing To my confidence Assuring me of God’s existence Worried about you, fretting & fearing the worse Someone once told me that something Almost ended your course Beautiful, supportive, unconditional Caring is all that you give Thus, inspiring me to encourage Others to fully live Thank you God for sending Me my Guardian Angel For she is calm and truly enables What an honor and gift She is to have around Because of her, I’m forever Bound Please cousin, answer my prayer And give me a call For without you, I’m lost And scared to fall I need you to stay And touch my heart I’m afraid to be apart Why, dear cousin, do you love me sooo? I really don’t want to see you go. Squash these rumors, Put my mind at rest I am not absolutely Ready for God’s test Hold my hand, take me To that beautiful place Let me experience all of Your grace I know relationships are here For reasons or seasons, But with us, there ain’t Gonna be no leaving You will always be my belief, My guide, my confidante Whether you are with me a little Longer in this lifetime or not. 48 lines
