Flicker
On the brevity of life.

Shooting stars flicker into oblivion.

Sandcastles collapse into waves.

Finite heartbeats count down.

Entropy is a one way train.

We’re all the passengers.

There’s no getting off.

My advice, brother:

enjoy the scenery

as best you can.

While you

still have

time.
