The girl has lost her way
Looking for absolutions of her day She comes to me for answers But all I offer is confusion And you know that when she leaves me She can't be anything but happy 'Cause I'm the one Yeah I'm the one The one she's lost her way on She fumbles for excuses Like, "Time's run away," and, "Space is too far" But you can't be that stupid Time never leaves and space is right here And you know that I'm the one Yeah you know that I'm the one The one she's lost her way on Oh God, she's lost her way She can't find her ups for all her downs And she said she knows she loves me But she can't find a reason to stay Oh God, won't you help her Oh God, won't you help her Find her way
