DO I REALLY KNOW YOU?
Do I really know you at all?

This item requires reviews with ratings.
I wonder if you realize
that you’re the sparkle in my eyes.
I wonder if our dreams are the same,
or if you’re playing some damned game.
Do I really know you?

I try looking past what was lost,
but surely paid an extravagant cost.
It hurt like hell when you cheated on me.
I wonder if your feelings are imaginary.
Do I really know you?

If wishing could make dreams come true,
I’d forget everything and hold on to you.
Redundant as it might sound,
I wonder how long you’ll stick around.
Do I really know you?

I wish I could forget the past;
know for certain we would last.
Forgiven a word I wish came easily,
but my heart and mind still disagree.
Do I really know you?
