If we could just pause the world
I will stay your little girl
we could lay here all day
just forget about everything

I will stay small and you will stay young
it will be us together
forever this way

If we could pause the world
I won't have to run
I can pretend this is fun
and rest next to you in your comfortable bed

Forget about school, rules and little troubles
I will lay my head down on your shoulder
together we won't have to grow older
Pause the world and rest your eyes
because we can live like this forever
