There was this heart shaped box of chocolates
That made me stop on my way home today. The perfect thing to buy for you To explain the words I cannot say. Just one peek into the box—to smell— I promise was all I meant to do; Which made me realize in return I would get nothing at all from you. Not a rose or a solitary smile, Maybe not even the slightest glace. Could I be so bold to give this still? Or should I even take the chance? Now here is your box of chocolates, I give them as I should. An empty box of chocolates, And boy they tasted good!
