Love for a Monster
prompt: "Faces/True Love/Where I Hide..." by Adam (inspired by Frankenstein's monster)

Why do you hate me
Why is it you cannot see
Is it because I’m ugly and new
and made up of different pieces of you
But there’s a good man inside
You don’t know because all I do is hide
If I come out I get hated
When all I want is to be appreciated
All I wanted is to love someone true
And I found this in who created you
God loves me for eternity
So even though you hate me,
and call me a monster and evil
God’s love for me is real
I’m so glad to be accepted
and to be respected
that I thank God, your creator
lover and revelator
for loving me so real and true
like he loves, the evil you!
