Notes from Out to Sea

I travel in the dead of night where things are dark and still.
My resolve against temptation resounds , guess I am just weak in will.
Some heaven some call it death.
I've made my calls why waste my breath ?
My heart beat is sounding crazy it really starts to go.
Like it's switching thru the channels and just can't find a show.
I say dont need it while I press it in my hand.
I say that I am not tired but I can no longer stand.
Then one day she just had it and swallowed up the dawn.
And in the dancing of an eyelid that crazy sound is gone.
