Love is not fireworks,
Love isn’t always blood red with passion and fire It isn’t high heels, champagne and giggles Hell, even fighting is interesting and good for your circulation Only true love can survive monotony We aren’t always given the luxury of a Romeo and Juliet flash-bang love It’s not only better, but its easier to burn out Than to fade away When you brush your teeth next to someone for fifty years When you relish the red and grind through the grey That’s Love
