I step hesitantly into the water;
it stings my body, brisk in the morning, and a silver mist surrounds me. Under water my feet lose their grounding so I curiously dip my head in. Engulfed by stars and floating serenely on an ivory cloud, a lavender sky surrounds me. Voices whisper ambiguously; high and low, they drone . Now I am on a moist shore, back where I began, and somewhere someone says INANNA.
