COP THIS LOT, MATE!

"Zillions" of slang words are spoken in OZ,
"Yonks" is the term for a lot, Crikey!
"XXXX" is a popular beer, trade name "Fourex"
"Willy-willy's" are whirl winds - Wow! - See them blow!
"Vegemite" - "A happy little Vegemite" is a child, luv.
"Up to putty" - it's no good - say goodbye to it - Adieu.
"Tray", "Two bob", "Tuppence" - each is a monetary unit.
"Swinging the lead"- being lazy, or "bludging" on your mates.
"Ringer" on a sheep property, is the fastest shearer.
Quiet - "on the quiet", "on the QT", "on the Q".
"Plonk" - a red wine - but it has to be cheap.
"Offsider" is an assistant to help you - yippee! - "Whacko"!
"Nothing to write home about" - It's dull, pretty borin'.
"Mollydooker" is a left hander, but that's normal for him,
"Lair" or "mug lair" is a show off - a "swell".
"Keep your shirt on" - stay calm. Don't "do your block".
"Jackass" is a fool, so is a "drongo", which is really a bhimraj.
"In the pink" - you feel good - you are up "on a hi",
"Heeler" a cattle dog on a "station" or ranch.
"Glad rags" are worn when out dining or dancing.
"Fossick" dig for gold, or any sort of info and stuff.
Everyone knows a "bloke's" a fellow or a "cove"
"Digger" - a soldier or one who mines for gold.
"Clobber" - they are clothes to make you look chic
"Bunyip" - our Yeti or Bigfoot - Scared? - You're a "squib"
Aussies are a "beaut bunch". "Mate" - we're "Bonza"!
