A poem about a girl

Don't look at her!
The fragile, pretty thing.
She's beautiful,
And she's compassionate,
And she's sweet.
Yet, she has a secret!
A secret she cannot tell,
A pain she tries to hide.
A sliver of her heart
Is missing. He took it
Along with her dignity
When he took her for granted.
