INTERNET ADDICTION


Is internet an addiction at all?
I think my answer will have to be ‘yes’.
But then the nagging mind further questions:
Is this addiction for the good or bad?

No one would say that internet is bad.
But that gives rise to another question.
If internet be a good addiction,
Is not that a case of oxymoron?

Let me resolve the doubt if there be one.
Internet is certainly good, that’s true.
But excess usage of a thing that’s good
Is harmful as amply proven by this:

Food is essential but overeating
Can cause diabetes and heart disease.
