why is it, you ask
that physicians tell us an apple a day… (is their worst enemy) could it be that our grandmothers were right and a ripe apricot or a yellow melon would do the same? we could certainly try pink grapefruit dark blue Tuscan grapes or even orange bell peppers... we are children of the earth so prepare lettuce greens with nuts and berries and grains grown freely in unpolluted fields avoiding man-made synthetic ingredients and other useless artificial substances… ever since Adam and Eve man's curiosity has taken him farther away from nature’s simplicity freshly grown produce is the best friend of illness so an apple a day a pear, a persimmon, or a kiwi keeps you healthy wealthy (no physician's bills) and wise fruit salad [2007.12.3...b]
