Erased

Erased

She took the eraser.
Carefully she wiped
away what was written.
Tiny strands of blackened rubber
lay scattered on the paper.
Then she blew them off.


My friend erased me
from her life.

I must have hurt, insulted or annoyed my friend, which made her terminate our friendship
