She's like a viper in the morning Slithering sneakily between us She hisses slippery lies, Spills venom out into our ears. I watch in woe as you lap it up Unaware of the danger you take in. She's like a viper in the afternoon Wrapping me up in her coils, All flattery, all the while ready at my throat to strike, Just to impress you Traitress, she still has you entangled And I'm powerless at your side. She's like a viper in the night Simmering with hate Seething with stealthy schemes She was too busy sucking the blood of her latest victim When I entered her serpentine lair And crushed her in my clenched fists.
