She's like a viper
For those who really get under our skin...

She's like a viper in the morning
Slithering sneakily between us
She hisses slippery lies,
Spills venom out into our ears.
I watch in woe as you lap it up
Unaware of the danger you take in.

She's like a viper in the afternoon
Wrapping me up in her coils,
All flattery, all the while ready at my throat to strike,
Just to impress you
Traitress, she still has you entangled
And I'm powerless at your side.

She's like a viper in the night
Simmering with hate
Seething with stealthy schemes
She was too busy sucking the blood of her latest victim
When I entered her serpentine lair
And crushed her in my clenched fists.
