April 5, 2007 Alphabet Soup Poetry Form A wkwardly she goes B y way of the weary who C arry woes in boxes D own the side streets and E verywhere on tip-toe F earfully, hesitantly, G ingerly. H ow she must strive to keep him I gnorant of J ust a word or move that would let him K now her secret plan, the L ayout of her M ap! And how she shivers in the N ight with thoughts and horrific O bscure dreams that P lunge the depths of hell as she tries to Q uench her fears with thoughts of R ich S uccess, T o qualm her nerves U ntil the V eil of darkness W anes and the X ylocarpous meals of Y esterday can be, like the past, Z apped; destroyed, once and for all.
