Shattered destinies,
Broken dreams,
Darkness swallows me in sorrow,
As I try to avoid the pain,
Of a dark world,

Humanity has two faces,
One loving, one cruel,
We can be savored,
By the light or by the dark,
Some seem to just walk that fine line,

But when it seems,
That Chaos overruns the Order,
Our world, it's people, shall suffer,
Until one can bring back the light,
Ending the torment of reality,

We hide ourselves,
In a shallow illusion,
Hoping never to see,
How deep the darkness is of humanity,
We rather see the false shell we build,

But one day we will find,
A way to break the shell,
And see the truth we hid for so long,
And bury the deep darkness,
Letting the light heal our soul.
