MILK MAID
A poem about the beautiful but illiterate milk maids.

This item has no ratings.

She is beauty personified
She walks like a gazelle
And on her head
She balances a gourd of milk
The 'Source of human life'.

One man praises her pointed nose
Another,her lovely eyes
And round lips.
Another praises her legs
And sporty shape.
They all want to have her
To make love to her
To marry her.

Wrapped in the cloak of naivity and shyness,
Some men watch her steps
Some men go for her milk.

But she needs education,
The epitome of natural beauty needs Western Education
To face the challenges Of this Millenium.
