This IS A Sugar-Filled Poem
A poem comparing poetry to that of Cookies.

This is a sugar-filled poem
For those who cannot have cookies.
It is the butter directly from the pen
To form the dough of words
To please the senses and the mind.

Let this poem rise and bake.
When it is done, all you will have to do
Is let it feed you,
Allow your hunger to overtake you--
Let it be the perfect bite for the day.
