My Dad
Written in honor of my dad, "of whom I admire most".

If someone asked,
Of who I admire most?
It would be my Dad of whom I boast.

He's always got a joke to tell,
And when I have a question,
He's always there to answer,
With a fact that's really swell.
We share the same ideas,
And interests as well.

He's always there to comfort me,
He loves me so very much.
And when I get a scrape or bruise,
He's there to help me clean it up.

He taught me that Jesus loves me,
And he reminds me that Jesus is there,
To wash away all my sins.

When I'm all tired out,
And it's time to go to bed,
He tucks me in with a kiss on my head.

So if you ask,
Of whom I admire most?
It would be my Dad of whom I boast.
