My profound attempts at writing more than dark poetry... eek!

"When I first met Takeshi Nakagawa, he was knee-deep in entails. Well, perhaps not knee-deep, but there were a few organs hanging at random angles here and there. If I do remember correctly, he had his mother’s heart in one jean pocket and a piece of her rib in his gut-lined hair. Now, there is a sense of sentimentality in that, if you look at it one way. Well, perhaps not the rib. I’m quite sure if that was there just by accident. You stand three feet away from someone who is being ripped to shreds, you are bound to find some loose pieces. The heart, though. There is a small tingling of affection when you think about carrying around someone’s heart. Of course, I do believe that Takeshi took it a tad too seriously. Then again, he had perfectly good reason to be too serious. You see your parents get shredded by someone that you once called a friend; you tend to see the darker side of life. Me? I just see it as nasty. But who am I to judge him? I am human, while Takeshi… is not."
