Contemplating potpourri
Each bud and bloom a mystery- Seed pods twist and turn about While others fuzzy seedlings sprout. Colors rich-or quite subdued Beige to brown; red-purple hued... Delicate blooms dried with age Still...their lovely fragrance stays. As when beloved friends depart- Spirit still dwells among warm hearts, And all their personality Lingers in precious memories. One only needs to call to mind Sweet memories they've left behind, To comfort-bring a smile-or tears And feel angelic spirits near.
